Alternatively, the MRCOOL® Cool Care Program provides everything needed to clean and maintain your mini-split system. For 4th Generation DIY® systems, you can enroll in the Cool Care Program to receive bi-annual cleaning kits along with limited lifetime compressor coverage and access to our unit replacement program. There are no FAQ concerning remote control functions (i.e. LED light staying off during night or sleep durations.)
