- Check WiFi Connection: Ensure your WiFi is working and your mini-split unit is within range.
- Restart Devices: Try restarting both the smartphone and the mini-split unit.
- Update App: Make sure you have the latest version of the MRCOOL app.
- Reset WiFi Settings: If issues persist, reset the WiFi settings and reconnect to your network.

Most units integrate with Cielo’s Smart HVAC app. Window units integrate with the Net Home Plus app.
