1. Snap a Few Photos of the Outdoor Control Board

We’ll need clear photos of the green side of your outdoor control board so we can get a better look.

✅ Take photos from the top and both sides with the full board visible

2. Check the Outdoor Fan

• Look for any debris or build-up around the fan—leaves, dust, or anything that could block movement.

• Then, give the fan blades a gentle spin by hand.
