Description
The 24K MRCOOL® Hyper Heat Central Ducted Air Handler offers an affordable and efficient solution for your home's heating and cooling needs, regardless of external weather conditions. With an impressive SEER2 rating of up to 17.4 and an HSPF2-4 rating of up to 10, its enhanced heating capacity ensures optimal performance. Constructed from painted galvanized steel, the unit features a side-discharge design, slide-out blower, self-diagnostics panel, and removable filters for easy maintenance. Installation is simple for an HVAC technician, as the unit is compatible with the optional MRCOOL® No-Vac® Quick Connect® Line Set, pre-charged with R-410A environmentally friendly refrigerant, which eliminates the need for vacuuming or flare welding and is kink-resistant. The air handler provides flexible installation options due to its adaptability to various configurations. An optional heat kit is available if required. The unit includes a wired thermostat and wireless remote, and is supported by a 10-year parts and labor warranty, with no registration required for the labor warranty, offering peace of mind.

This unit is designed to be installed using either a traditional flare nut configuration of refrigerant piping or the optional MRCOOL® No-Vac® Quick Connect® R-410A Pre-Charged Line Set. If the optional No-Vac Line Set is used, you do not have to retain the services of a professional HVAC installer. If the traditional flare nut configuration is selected, you are required to retain services from a licensed HVAC professional.
