- If a unit or accessory is missing or damaged from shipping and you purchased from any of the following sources, you will need to contact them directly as they manage their own shipping process: Lowes, Home Depot, Costco, Ingrams Water and Air, Jack's Small Engines, Overstock.com, Zoro, Bed Bath & Beyond, and True Value.
