2. Why Is My Serial Number Not Recognized?
Sometimes your serial number might not show up immediately after purchase. This is because it can take around a week for your unit to be fully processed in our system after the sale is finalized. If your serial number isn’t recognized right away, please wait and try again.
3. Verify Information Accuracy

Serial Number: Enter exactly as shown on your unit—no spaces or special characters.

Email Address: Double-check that your email was entered correctly during registration.
4. Avoid Duplicate Registrations
