With an easy, low-profile installation, the MRCOOL® DIY® Series OuttaSight™ 12k BTU Ceiling Cassette delivers efficient heating and cooling in a discreet package, making it one of the most versatile ceiling-mounted solutions available today. Designed for multi-zone configurations, this unit offers outstanding flexibility for a wide range of spaces.

Unlike traditional ceiling cassettes, the OuttaSight™ unit doesn’t require strict installation conditions. It can be recessed between all types of joists on 16-inch centers, including pre-manufactured I-joists, and requires no ductwork or wall space—ideal for both new construction and retrofits.

This cassette works with the MRCOOL® DIY® Quick Connect® line set, which is pre-charged with R-410A refrigerant for easy installation with no special tools. If needed, you can extend your installation with the No-Vac® Coupler, allowing longer line sets with the same DIY simplicity.

In addition to quiet operation and multiple operating modes, the cassette features swing technology for optimal air distribution and an Elevation function that lowers the filter panel, making air filter maintenance fast and easy. All functions are conveniently controlled with the included remote.

Backed by industry-leading protection when enrolled in the Cool Care Program—including limited lifetime compressor coverage, a 7-year unit replacement program, and 5 years of parts coverage, this system provides added confidence and peace of mind.
