The MRCOOL® 4th Generation DIY 12K BTU Ductless Wall Mounted Air Handler is an essential component for your MRCOOL® DIY system, delivering efficient heating and cooling for areas up to 500 sq. ft. When paired with a MRCOOL® Condenser, this air handler achieves a 22 SEER efficiency rating, ensuring maximum energy savings.

Equipped with multiple operational modes such as COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP, this unit offers customized comfort for every season. Plus, with the Smart HVAC app, you can control the air handler from your Apple or Android smartphone, giving you remote control for ultimate convenience.

Designed for easy installation, the air handler can be easily mounted using the included mounting plate. Its compact design makes it ideal for tight spaces and eliminates the need for bulky ductwork.

It’s engineered to work with the MRCOOL® Pre-Charged Quick Connect® Line Set, which simplifies installation. The refrigerant line set comes pre-charged with R-410A refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuuming or charging—just connect and go.
