Taking on an HVAC installation yourself might seem intimidating, but the 5th Generation MRCOOL® DIY® 24K BTU 22.7 SEER Ductless Heat Pump Single Zone Mini Split Condenser is designed to make the process easy and accessible. Built for spaces between 750 and 1,000 square feet, this system requires no special tools or professional experience. The included 25-foot QuickConnect® line set comes pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuuming during installation. To ensure added safety and durability, the DIYPRO® cable replaces traditional electrical conduit, protecting the system from weather, animals, and yard work hazards.

Controlling your home’s climate is simple with multiple options available. You can use the included remote control, the SmartHVAC® app on your Apple or Android device, or even voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Designed for long-lasting performance, the unit features a corrosion-resistant Gold Fin Condenser, making it especially well-suited for coastal environments.

The system also includes convenient features like a timer to manage energy use, Auto mode to maintain a consistent indoor temperature, and Auto Restart to resume operation with previous settings after a power outage. Additionally, the anti-mildew function helps reduce moisture buildup inside the air handler for improved air quality.
