The new 5th Generation MRCOOL® DIY® 55k BTU Multi-Zone Ductless Mini-Split Condenser is one of the most efficient and innovative units in the industry—and we’re excited to finally share it with you! This powerful condenser can heat and cool up to six separate spaces totaling up to 2,290 sq. ft., giving you the ability to customize the temperature throughout your entire home using a single MRCOOL® system. Installation is straightforward thanks to our patented pre-charged Quick-Connect® line sets, which eliminate the need for system evacuation and refrigerant charging.

These line sets are filled with R-454B refrigerant, a cleaner and more efficient alternative to previous generations. Combined with other system enhancements, this upgrade helps the unit achieve a SEER2 rating of 22 and an HSPF2-4 rating of 10.6, helping you save on energy bills for years to come.

Once installed, you’ll enjoy smart, convenient control of your system. The Smart HVAC app—available for Apple and Android devices—lets you manage zones, set schedules, monitor energy usage, and switch between modes. You can even pair the system with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for seamless voice control.
