Description

The MRCOOL® DIY® Select 18K BTU 230V Ductless Heat Pump Single Split Condenser is designed to make HVAC installation simple and accessible for homeowners. Built for true do it yourself installation, it requires no specialized tools, certifications, or prior HVAC experience. Ideal for garages, home offices, studios, and similar spaces, it delivers reliable heating and cooling for areas up to 800 square feet.

Despite its DIY friendly design, the system delivers strong performance with a 17.3 SEER2 cooling rating and 8.5 HSPF2 4 heating efficiency, providing consistent, energy efficient comfort year round while helping control utility costs.

Installation is further simplified with an 11.5 foot Quick Connect® line set that arrives factory pre charged with R 454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuum pumps or refrigerant handling. Most components are included, making setup faster and more approachable for first time installers.

Comfort control is easy using the included wireless remote or the MRCOOL® Comfort app, which allows remote temperature control, scheduling, and energy monitoring. Compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant adds hands free convenience.

Features like Sleep Mode, Dry Mode, Auto, and a Gold Fin® condenser coating enhance comfort and durability, even in humid or coastal environments. For added peace of mind, the MRCOOL® DIY® Select system is backed by a 2 year compressor warranty and a 1 year parts warranty.
